We want you to be completely satisfied with your Oran Leather purchase. That's why we offer a comprehensive returns policy and warranty coverage to ensure your peace of mind.
RETURNS
Returns: Oran Leather products are backed by a warranty of up to 6 months from the time of purchase (with proof of purchase) for manufacturing faults, except for items sold on specials. Please note that misuse or irresponsible use leading to avoidable damage will not be covered by the warranty.

If you receive an item incorrectly invoiced or delivered from our warehouse, we will gladly replace or credit it. However, any incorrect, shortage, or faulty stock must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims for incorrect shipment will not be considered after this time.

In the event that you need to return goods, please notify us of the issue, pack the item properly, and post it back to Oran Leather. Please note that returned goods will be exchanged, not credited, unless arranged otherwise in advance. Kindly note that incorrect choices of stock may not be eligible for return.
WARRANTY

Our warranty aims to provide you with confidence in the quality and durability of our products. However, there are certain situations where the warranty does not apply.
These include:

Products purchased from a stockist outside of the 6-month warranty period.

Claims made without valid proof of purchase.

Incorrect selection or change of mind. Please choose carefully, as no replacement or credit will be issued for these reasons.
If faults are determined to be caused by non-fair wear and tear, no replacement or credit will be issued. We strive to ensure that our products meet the highest standards, and we're here to assist you with any concerns regarding returns or warranty claims.
