TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. I/We acknowledge that the completion of this credit application does not constitute an offer of credit by Well Presented Ltd and that Well Presented Ltd may reject my/our application for any reason.

 

2. I/We confirm that all of the information in this credit application is true and correct. I/We will notify Well Presented Ltd immediately if there is any change in any information set out in my/our application.

 

3. I/We agree to the Well Presented Ltd terms and conditions detailed below.

 

4. I/We acknowledge that Well Presented Ltd will collect; use and securely hold information set out in an application for credit for the purpose of providing products or services to me/us, and/or in developing and running Well Presented Ltd, and/or providing me/us with information on products and services that Well Presented Ltd thinks might be of interest to me/us. If I/we ask Well Presented Ltd not to provide me/us with this information, Well Presented Ltd will comply with my/our request. I/We may ask Well Presented Ltd to show me/us the information it holds about me/us and to make corrections to it.

 

5. I/We understand that Well Presented Ltd will conduct a credit check on me/us.

 

6. I/We will pay the full amount of my/our account first consignment on proforma invoice prior to consignment being despatched and all subsequent consignments no later than the 20th of the month following the date of invoice.

 

7. I/We personally agree that we are wholly liable for all amounts owing to Well Presented Ltd under this contract or any other terms and conditions even if I/we am/are acting as an agent for other parties.

 

8. Any outstanding balance may incur interest at the overnight overdraft daily interest rate charged by Well Presented Ltd ’s bankers, charged to the account monthly. If Well Presented Ltd is required to undertake action for recovery of outstanding debts from me/us then I/we will pay Well Presented Ltd the reasonable costs and disbursements incurred by Well Presented Ltd (including on a solicitor client basis) for any such action. Well Presented Ltd may pass accounts outside the terms of payment onto a solicitor or debt collection agency for collection.

 

9. Payment by cheque, other bills of exchange or promissory notes shall not be deemed to have been received by Well Presented Ltd (or its employees, contractors or agents) until cleared.

 

10. If I/we default in payment, breach these terms and conditions, or are adjudged bankrupt, liquidated or dissolved, or a receiver or administrator is appointed, Well Presented Ltd may notwithstanding any waiver by Well Presented Ltd of such default in payment or breach and without prejudice to its other rights, suspend delivery of products or services, cancel any order or require payment in cash on delivery of products or services, notwithstanding the terms of payment specified in this contract.

 

11. Any payment received from me/us may be applied by Well Presented Ltd to all or part of the amount owing for any products or services provided to me/us as Well Presented Ltd sees fit, irrespective of whether that payment is intended by me/us to be for a particular product or service or in respect of a particular invoice.

 

12. I/we shall not change my/our name without giving Well Presented Ltd 10 days’ prior written notice of what my/our new name will be.

 

13. In this contract “Products” means any products or services provided to me/us by Well Presented Ltd.
